Arby's roast beef sandwich

Has anyone else had these during their pregnancy? My doctor said deli meat was fine in moderation as long as it's not sitting out for awhile. I've had 3 Arby's sandwiches since I've been pregnant and now I'm alittle paranoid bc of what different women say online.

Thoughts please!

@bwoniger,

I would be too paranoid. I haven't eaten any deli meat. I would avoid fast food meat especially but I'm sure you are fine.

@bwoniger,

I was told as long as you heat it up it was fine to eat and when I did my sisters laughed at me :) LOL. It might be different if you had a couple everyday but every once in awhile I wouldn't worry to much!

@bwoniger,

Deli meat is fine if it's heated. Are you talking about their heated sandwich?

A lot of their meat IS heated, so I think that you're totally fine.

@kittyswing,

Yes it's their hot roast beef sandwich

@bwoniger,

They're hot sandwiches, that are cooked above the recommended temp, so they're fine

I had the roast beef cheddar there about 2 weeks ago; it was hot so,I figured it was ok...I don't eat fast food often so I figured it should be alright!

@bwoniger,

I love them with extra red ranch. Yum!

@pinkORbluenumber2,

Thank you. My nerves have calmed! These groups are awesome btw!

@pinkORbluenumber2,

What is this red ranch you speak of?
